New vacancy for Account Manager / Personal Shopper in Amsterdam (NL) and Copenaghen (DK).
  • Job description
The employer is a personal shopping platform born in the heart of Amsterdam. As Account Manager (Personal shopper) you will be responsible to: organize style sessions with clients by phone, email and chat and occasional fitting and intake sessions with customers in showroom; select the perfect clothes for each client online, adding personal notes to each boxes; manage relationship, keeping close contact with your customers and building customer relationships; manage and grow customers portfolio; manage monthly sales targets.
  • General requirements
EU28 + Norway or Iceland citizenships
Residence in a EU28 country + Norway or Iceland
Between 18 and 35 years old
Registered on EUJOB4EU Platform
  • Language knowledge
Native or proficient user of English
Native or proficient user of one of these languages: Danish, Swedish or Flemish/Dutch
  • Other specific requirements
Relevant education within fashion, retail or service management
Sales experience from retail or hospitality industry (phone experience is a bonus)
Strong interest in (men’s) fashion
Strong communicative and listening skills
Motivated, flexible, social and service-minded
