Technology Development Programme

Inmarsat’s Technology Development Programme is designed to give you an accelerated platform to develop your career in the highly relevant field of satellite communications.

The programme operates on flexible rotations tailored where possible according to your strengths and interests. You will have the opportunity to work in some of our specialised teams including but not limited to; space system development, system architecture, engineering, spectrum management, satellite operations and network operations. These rotations will be conducted on a regular basis. To ensure you are continuously supported throughout these rotations, you will be assigned a mentor outside of the line management relationship.

This role will be mainly based in the UK, but there may be opportunities to work in one of our international offices, located in the US, France, Italy or the Netherlands. After the two year rotation period, you will move into a permanent position that suits your continual development.
