Kraft Heinz European Operations Trainee Program

Kraft Heinz has opened applications for its new European Operations Trainee Program, focused on students interested in managerial roles inside Kraft Heinz factories or in its Food Safety & Quality facilities (in United Kingdom, The Netherlands, Italy, Spain, France and Poland).

Candidates should be students graduating this year or recent graduates, with little experience in the market.

The program starts in September 2017, lasts 4 months and is followed by cross functional career path based on performance. In any case, you will be offered a permanent contract from the start of the Trainee Program.
The program is comprised of experiential classroom/assignment learning and hands-on projects at one of the manufacturing or FSQ locations (more information available on the dedicated website).

Applying for the European Operations Trainee Program involves 5 steps:
1. Send in your resume and motivation letter
2. Take an online assessment test
3. Make a 30 sec. video pitch
4. Skype Interview
5. Join the Assessment Day
