Whirlpool Corporation offers a 30-months accelerated Leadership Program where you will experience cross-country rotations within Whirlpool's EMEA locations, taking an active role in challenging projects that will allow you to further grow in the function that best fits your background, interests and career expectations.

Besides your area of choice, you will have at the beginning of the Program two 3-months long assignments in Marketing & Sales and Manufacturing/Engineering where you will get the full Whirlpool experience.
