Catalent - Global Operations Leadership Development

Catalent has developed the GOLD - Global Operations Leadership Development program that is designed for young neo-graduates who have a strong desire to accelerate their career growth in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced corporate environment.
The GOLD program consists of 3 different professional experiences of 8 months, with a rotation plan for each participant; associates will get assigned rotations at Catalent sites in Europe (Catalent has sites in France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, and the UK).

GOLD program participants obtain critical hands-on experience and high levels of accountability in Manufacturing, Quality, Product Development, and Commercial Operations; associates will participate in a Leadership Development Program with a combination of formal training, experiential learning forums, mentoring and coaching.

Candidates for Catalent’s GOLD Program must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Science, Engineering, Quality, Pharmacy, compatible)
  • Excellent Academic Record
  • Strong commitment to career development
  • Proven leadership ability and learning agility
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluency in English; other language skills desirable
  • Willingness to relocate
  • Flexible work hours
